Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
– Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written and audio) on social media platforms
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner
– Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong knowledge of current social media platforms, trends, and best practices
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail for proofreading content
– Strong research skills to gather relevant information for content creation
– Knowledge of dental treatment is a bonus
