Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify candidates through various channels (job postings, agency management, database search)
- Qualify resumes and applications and work closely with hiring managers on candidate selection
- Facilitate first connections with candidates, assess candidate qualifications, introduce and build interest in Intelliware, and build strong relationships
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate interview debrief/feedback sessions
- Manage ATS including proactive candidate outreach, data hygiene, data mining, and reports
- Provide recruiting best practice recommendations based on industry and market knowledge/research
- Support ERP and HRIS data management
- Coordinate and optimize onboarding for new hires
- Support and manage company-wide team feedback/review
- Engage with staff regularly to support/grow individuals and seek feedback and opportunities for improvement across Intelliware
- Promote and support our value prop, culture, and company values
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the technology and/or consulting industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Eagerness and curiosity to learn and adapt to changing recruitment processes and technologies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Degree/Diploma (or equivalent education/experience)
